10 Villages in Kurdestan Gain National Heritage Status

The historical textures of 10 villages in Hawraman, a mountainous region in Kordestan Province in western Iran, have been inscribed on the National Heritage List.
"With the inscription of Galin, Halvan, Tekeyeh-ye Hashmiz, Dulab, Takhteh, Vasi-ye Sofla, Vasi-ye Olya, Shian, Zhan, and Bozlaneh villages on NHL, the number of enlisted villages in the province reached 13," said Pouya Talebnia, director of Hawraman cultural landscapes.
