IranAir’s Leading Role in Uplifting Tourism

Iran's flag carrier IranAir transferred over 400,000 passengers during the last Iranian year (ended March 20, 2017), which shows a 7% growth compared to the previous year, an official at the airline said. 
Speaking at the anniversary of the airline, held at Mehrabad International Airport on Friday, Mohammad Reza Ranjbar, director of an IranAir regional office, said 40% of the passengers were carried by the new aircrafts purchased following the lifting of nuclear-related sanctions.
