A program on empowering NGOs in the international arena will be held in Shahmirzad town in Semnan Province, from October 6-9. “All NGOs across the country can take part in the educational program,” said Mostafa Moradi, deputy for youth and cultural affairs at Semnan Sports and Youth Affairs Department. “The program will introduce relevant international institutions and provide assistance in applying for consultative status at, for instance, Council of Europe, and discuss security and espionage techniques to avert potential threats,” he added, reports Borna News Agency.
