Deputy FM in Moscow

Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian traveled to Moscow on Wednesday to hold talks with Russian diplomats on ways of settling the conflicts in the Middle East, especially the crises in Syria and Yemen. Amir-Abdollahian was scheduled to consult with Mikhail Bogdanov, the Russian president's special representative for Middle Eastern affairs, on regional issues, Tasnim News Agency reported. The two sides are also expected to exchange views on coordinating the fight against terrorism.
