An advisor to the Leader says Iran has not accepted any constraints on its military capability and will press ahead with its defense programs. "Iran does not decide about defense based on whether the Americans are satisfied or not, but our decisions are based on our defensive needs," Ali Akbar Velayati told reporters on Saturday in response to remarks by US officials that the recent test of a ballistic missile was in violation of Iran's UN obligations, according to Fars News Agency.
