The Islamic Coalition Party hosted a three-way meeting with the Society of Devotees of the Islamic Revolution and the Resistance Front in Tehran on Monday, IRNA reported citing a statement by the public relations department of the party. The statement said representatives of the three principlist groups emphasized the necessity of promoting unity among principlists. “In the meeting, participants reviewed the current political situation and called for the greatest possible unity and cohesion among principlist parties and associations,” the statement said. The three groups plan to hold more joint meetings with the aim of achieving convergence.
