In a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Ismet Yilmaz, Defense Minister Hossein Dehqan said cooperation between Tehran and Ankara can help promote peace and stability in the region, Mehr news agency reported on Saturday. Dehqan said there is "enormous potential" in the two countries in terms of defense and military capabilities. In addition, he said in view of great similarities between the two nations, differing views on some issues cannot affect the bilateral relationship.
