Trade between Iran and Turkey stood at $6.79 billion during the first seven months of 2015, registering a 21.8% decline compared to the same period last year, IRNA reported. Turkey’s exports to Iran grew 22.1% reaching $2.17 billion while its imports experienced a 34.8% drop reaching $3.9 billion. The fall in Iran’s exports to Turkey is mostly blamed on falling global oil prices.
