About 1.7 million tons of goods worth more than $601 million were exported via Parviz Khan and Khosravi border terminals in the city of Qasr-e-Shirin in Kermanshah Province to Iraq during the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), said Qasr-e-Shirin’s deputy governor Nematollah Nazparvardeh. Cakes and biscuits, tomato, tomato paste, watermelon, dairy products, fruits and vegetables as well as building materials such as cement were the main exports. Parviz Khan border terminal accounts for 54% of Iran’s total non-oil exports to Iraq and is the main trade route between the two countries, IRNA reported.
