About $1.2 billion worth of goods have been exported via Mehran border crossing in Ilam Province to neighboring Iraq in the current Iranian year (to end March 19, 2016). Polyethylene, construction materials such as cement, bricks, rocks and tiles, as well as food products, including tomatoes, potatoes and onion, were the main exports, Mehr News Agency reported. Mehran is one of several border crossings between Iran and Iran.
