Iran Mercantile Exchange’s industrial and mining trading board witnessed the supply of 1,500 tons of copper cathode by National Iranian Copper Industries Company at the base price of $4.8 per ton on Sunday.
NICICO’s other offerings of the day included 1,000 tons of copper wires at the base price of $5.1 per tons, 20,000 tons of low-grade copper, 140 tons of sulfur molybdenum and 18 tons of precious metal concentrate.
Furthermore, 100 tons of copper wires were supplied by Kashan Copper World Company at the base price of $5.1 per ton on the same board.
The oil and petrochemical trading board saw the offering of 43,100 tons of bitumen, 24,000 tons of vacuum bottoms, 12,086 tons of petrochemicals and 3,000 tons of lube cut oil.
Meanwhile, close to 11,500 tons of 6070 bitumen were supplied on the export trading board by Tabriz Oil Refining Company and Isonam Manufacturing Company.
Finally, 15,111 tons of corn, 4,000 tons of durum wheat, 1,000 tons of beet pulp, 700 tons of sugar, 110 tons of rice, 215 tons of feed bran and 500 tons of unprocessed soybean oil were supplied on the agricultural trading board.
Overall, about 140,000 tons of commodities were offered in IME’s spot market on Sunday.
