Iran Mercantile Exchange featured more than 168,000 tons of commodities on its trading floors on Saturday. As IME reported, the oil and petrochemical trading floor played host to 29,414 tons of polymers and chemicals, including chloridric acid, nitric acid, heavy aromatic, ammonium, p-Xylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene for various applications, polybutadiene rubber, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, toluene diisocyanate and caustic soda. In addition, 79,800 tons of various grades of bitumen were supplied on the same floor. The export trading floor saw about 4,100 tons of bitumen 6070 for export. Elsewhere, Esfahan Steel Company offered 29,700 tons of I-beam priced at 20,525 rials per kg on the industrial and mining trading floor. The agricultural trading floor witnessed the offering of 9,000 tons of corn, 10,000 tons of white sugar, 4,000 tons of durum wheat and 2,330 tons of rice.
