More than 170,000 tons of commodities were offered at Iran Mercantile Exchange’s spot market on Monday trading.

As IME reported, Esfahan Steel Company supplied 29,700 tons of I-beam bundles at the base price of 20,525 rials per kg on the industrial and mining trading floor, which also featured the offering of 1,100 tons of rebars bundles by Khuzestan Steel Company and 2,000 tons of aluminum ingots of 99.75-percent purity by Iran Aluminum Company priced at 63,610 rials per kg.

The oil and petrochemical trading floor played host to 68,700 tons of various grades of bitumen and 3,844 tons of polymers offered by local petrochemical complexes.

The export trading floor registered the offering of 28,500 tons of various grades of bitumen and 1,300 tons of roof insulation.

Elsewhere, 15,500 tons of imported rice, 10,000 tons of white sugar, 6,000 tons of corn and 4,000 tons of durum wheat were offered on the agricultural trading floor.
