A total of 12,139 residential homes were sold in the capital city Tehran during the 10th month of the current Iranian year (Dec. 22, 2022-Jan. 20), registering a 9.8% rise from 11,765 in the preceding month, according to the Statistical Center of Iran.
District 5 saw the highest number of sales with 1,839, while District 19 had the lowest with 112.
According to SCI, the annualized inflation of residential buildings in Tehran stood at 40.6% in the month ending Jan. 20.
