This time, arisen from the historical city of Isfahan, there are two inborn and congruent voices, that are rooted common, and diverse in yielding: SAEIDI twin brothers, or the “SAEIDIs”, the Saeidi twin brothers, who are known among the musicians and ordinary public as the “Iranian twin singers”. Ali and Mohammad Saeidi, born on Oct. 30, 1981, have come up with a passion play (Ta'zieh) environment; the environments that used to discover superb voices in Tehran, Isfahan, Qazvin, Arak, and Tabriz until about hundred years ago, where they were grown and developed.
The best singers used to be arisen from the religious and theosophical environments, up to the time that the dominance of the media was not widespread; from Eqbal al-Sultan in the past century to today’s Iraj, Golpa, Shajarian, and Nazeri. They were grown up in the passion play environments and have sung, but they never limited themselves to the passion plays.
At first, they learned singing by the Master Fazlullah Shahzamani and then learned the of sound techniques with Master Mohammad Ali Kianinejad, the dominant Ney (Persian musical instrument) player and the prominent traditional music composer and the leader of orchestra. They had the opportunity to be instructed both by a singing teacher and also by a dominant and acknowledgeable musician for developing singers for the orchestra with important required musical elegance and precision for singing.
The talent of these two brothers is to a degree of eminence that were praised and encouraged by Master Jalil Shahnaz, who was known for his extremely subtle and rigorous behavior. The brothers also had the great opportunity to recite the great works of Master Abdul Hussein Barazandeh, sometimes with different lyrics from the original.
Sometimes with each other and sometimes alone, the voice of Saeidi bothers demonstrates an innate nature and specific capabilities.
For the many people who are the audience of their voices and are considered as their followers, the interesting point of the singing of the two brothers is that by no means they imitate, either directly or indirectly, the voice of the great singing mas by zero, fifty or one hundred percent.
From the vocal backing of these two expressive voices, it is possible to state performances of the title music of the serial “Behind the tall mountains” written and directed by Saeidi Iranian Cinema, Amrullah Ahmadjoo, “The silent palace” album (with the support of the derelict children of Bam earthquake), concerts inside and outside the country, including the concert “Delnavazan”, performed for the children affected to thalassemia in Tehran's Andisheh Hall, a concert for National Museums in Freiburg, Germany, and Tirgan Concert at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Consortium. The last work of these two brothers, i.e. “Negari Mani (You are my love)” is according to a song in Isfahani accent produced by Sina Farzadipour, which was greatly welcomed by the Iranians inside and outside the country, that was shown in international credited musical apps in addition to the internal websites (such as Amazon, Spotify, I-tunes, Google Player, Apple Music). The work “Negari Mani” has been downloaded over 2 million and 400 thousand times in the cyberspace, and most of the downloads of this work outside Iran was from England, France, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands, Austria, Turkey, the U.S.A., Canada, and United Arab Emirates.
