The foreign ministry's director general for human rights and women's affairs, Mansoure Sharifi Sadr, held separate meetings with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov and Director General for Humanitarian Cooperation and Human Rights of the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry Anatoly Victorov in Moscow on Tuesday to discuss human rights issues, IRNA reported. The officials called for increased cooperation on human rights between the two countries at international organizations.
