A new smart banking queue management system has been designed by an Iranian startup that aims to make banking services a tad easier by allowing customers to “get in line” from anywhere at any time by using a smartphone application.
Via the app named Smart Bank Queue (yet to be released), customers enter their national ID number, the type of service they need and which branch they prefer to visit. The app notifies the bank branch and the teller prepares the required forms.
According to the startup's director, Ehsan Moradi, after the papers are prepared by the bank teller, the customer receives a message telling him/her when to approach the bank.
