Iran, Italy Transportation Officials Meet in Tehran

Officials from Iran’s Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization of Iran, affiliated with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, held a meeting with Italian road transportation officials in Tehran on Monday to expand cooperation in the field of road transportation.
Reza Nafisi, director general of the organization’s Transit and International Transportation Division, said annually 4,000 trucks ply between the two countries, with Iranian fleet accounting for around 3,000 of the total.
