The 2018 American space western film “Solo: A Star Wars Story” will have a single screening at Raj Gallery on Friday.
Directed by Ron Howard, Solo is the second Star Wars anthology film following Rogue One (2016). The plot takes place approximately ten years prior to the events of “Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope” (1977) and explores the early adventures of Han Solo when he joins a gang of galactic smugglers, including a 196-year-old Wookie named Chewbacca. Indebted to the gangster Dryden Vos, the crew devises a daring plan to travel to the mining planet Kessel to steal a batch of coaxium, a valuable hyper fuel.
“Solo: A Star Wars Story” is the sixth-most-expensive film ever made. Raj Gallery is at No. 4, Hakimi Alley, Pakistan Street, Beheshti Avenue.
