Minister of Industries, Mining and Trade Mohammad Shariatmadari has called for a thorough revision of commercial identity cards in a directive to provincial organizations affiliated to the ministry on Sunday.
His directive came a few days after the Cabinet introduced new changes in commercial ID card rules, including imposing a limit on imports a cardholder can bring into the country annually ($500,000 for the first year and $2 million for the second) and requiring them to pass training courses on foreign trade held by Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and Iran Chamber of Cooperatives.
