Amirabad Port’s Ro-Ro Facility’s Launch in September

The construction of a roll on/roll off (ro-ro) facility in Amirabad Port in the northern Mazandaran Province, which will enable freight trains to dock near commercial ships for the loading and unloading of goods, has had 98% progress and will come on stream by late September, the director of Amirabad Special Economic Zone said.
Siyavash Rezvani added that the port is already connected to the railroad network.
