The development plan of Ilam Gas Refinery is listed among the most attractive projects of Iran's energy sector, IRNA quoted the provincial governor as saying on Monday. The National Iranian Gas Company is holding talks with 40 foreign companies that have expressed interest in investing in the "lucrative" project, Mohammad Morvarid stated.
