60 Dafs to Reverberate for 2 Days

The traditional Moshtaq Ensemble will perform a classical concert at Vahdat Hall in Tehran on the 27th and 29th of June.
Mehrdad Karim-Khavari is the founder and leader of the band, known for its large number of daf players. He also plays percussion instruments with his brother Fardin who is on tar and setar.
The two will improvise musical pieces in the first half of the show, Iranconcert reported.
