University of Tehran’s Virtual School of Medical Sciences is set to hold a startup weekend in late July, which is to be focused on the application of information technology to healthcare issues.
Participants in the event can attend educational workshops on how to transform ideas into efficient startups, receive specialized counseling services and will be provided with teambuilding opportunities, reported Shanbepress, a local news agency covering Iranian startups.
As an innovative and entrepreneurship event, the startup weakened named E-Health Startup Weekend aims to promote provision of health services through online platforms, using the cutting-edge technologies.
