More than 480 tons of erasers worth over 46.8 billion rials ($1.42 million) were imported into Iran during the 11 months to Feb. 19, based on figures released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration.
China, with over $770,940, was the biggest exporter of the stationery to the country, followed by Malaysia, Germany, Spain, the UAE, South Korea, Japan, the Netherlands and India, Mizan Online reported.
