Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 191.58 points or 0.20% to end Tuesday trade at 96,991.
About 802 million shares valued at $38.41 million changed hands at TSE for the day.
Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.
Khorasan Sugar Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.92% to 32,059 rials per share.
Post Bank of Iran incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.99% to 1,505 rials per share.
Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Mobin Petrochemical Company and Ghadir Investment Company.
