Veteran cinema and television actor Anoshirvan Arjmand passed away on Sunday (Dec. 14).He was suffering from heart problems.
Born in 1941 in Zahedan, Iran, he started directing plays as well as acting in the late 60s in Mashhad. He performed in a number of films and TV series, among them ‘Imam Ali (AS)’, ‘Mokhtarnameh’, and ‘Once Upon A Time’ series are more prominent, FNA reported.
He was the older brother of Dariush Arjmand, and father of Borzou Arjmand, both well-known actors of Iran television and cinema.
