A modern health center was opened in the historical village of Abyaneh in Isfahan Province on Friday at a ceremony attended by the Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi. The facility was built at a cost of 8.5 billion rials ($2.2 million) on a 750 sq m area. It includes units for vaccination, family physician, midwifery, men and women’s healthcare, dentistry and environment health. “Equipment will be improved to provide the best quality health services for both residents and tourists,” said Qazizadeh, IRNA reported. Abyaneh is one of the oldest Iranian villages and attracts numerous native and foreign tourists year-round.
