Khalij Fars special economic zone has approved land appropriation for a joint steel venture between Iran and Kuwait, MNA quoted head of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) as saying. Mehdi Karbasian added that a group of investors and the deputy managing director of Kuwait Steel Company chose the area during their visit to southern Iran earlier this month.
