New domestically developed air defense systems will be tested in late December, the commander of the Khatam ol-Anbiya Air Defense Base told IRNA on Tuesday. Lieutenant General Farzad Esmaeili said the new achievements, which include radar, command and missile systems, will be tested during a joint naval drill of air defense base, the navy and the naval forces of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) in the country's southern waters.
