Renault Showroom Opens in North Tehran

Renault’s local import representative, Negin Khodro, officially opened their new showroom in  Aghdasieh district in northern Tehran on December 26, Asbe Bokhar, local automotive website reports. Negin CEO, Jamshid Hosseini inaugurated the showroom. The press corps was also present. Several models were on show including the Renault Talisman, Koleos, Duster and new Megane series. Not officially on show, but in the parking lot outside, was also a 2017 Renault Espace MPV model, which company officials said will likely enter the market in the next few months. They did not put a price on that model. This latest investment by the French automaker is seen as their unwillingness to tie up with local carmakers and to push their strategy to maximize sales through their own network.
