In a phone conversation on Friday, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulated Bakir Izetbegovic on his election to the post of Bosniak member of the tripartite Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Zarif also called for expansion of ties between the two countries in all areas. Izetbegovic asked Zarif to convey his warm regards to President Hassan Rouhani. He also stressed the need for high-level exchanges to pave the way for enhancing ties.
