More than 4,000 national cardiologists as well as over 20 international speakers from Europe and North America will participate in the 18th International Congress on Cardiovascular Diseases to be held September 13-16 at Tehran’s Milad Tower International Conference Hall. “The main goal of the four-day congress is to learn about the advancements in treatment methods of cardiovascular diseases and to exchange scientific ideas and experiences in the field,” said Mojdeh Mazidi, executive director of the confab, Mehr News Agency reported. Along with scientific lectures, international and local companies active in cardiovascular diseases also will exhibit their latest technologies in medical equipment, and drugs.
