Bank Pasargad has been named the most “efficient” bank for the fifth consecutive year. Established in 2005 as part of the government’s privatization of the banking system, it received the seventh annual Efficiency Award, also known as 1404 Efficiency Award in reference to the country’s goal of maximizing financial development by the Iranian year 1404 (2025). BPI has been recognized because of its systematic promotion of efficiency and quality, a testament to its strategic outlook, foresight and knowledge of economic direction and developments, banker.ir reported.
