The spokesperson for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran says the UN nuclear agency’s report on Iran which was issued to member states on Friday has been prepared based on an “unacceptable procedure.” Behrouz Kamalvandi said, “It seems that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is following its previous procedure that was based on illegal resolutions, which is unacceptable in our view.” IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano’s report confirmed that Iran has met its commitments under an interim nuclear deal it reached with the major powers in Geneva last November, but it said Iran must halt uranium enrichment under the resolutions of the UN Security Council and the IAEA board of governors.
