The names of mobile virtual network operators will likely be announced at the Iran Telecom Conference at Kish on May 25. Twenty firms had applied for the license to extend the service, but names have not been revealed yet. Representatives from the UK's Lebara network and Malaysia's Celcom are scheduled to attend the event.
