Ukraine imported 809 million cubic meters of gas in reverse mode from Slovakia paying $280 million in October, ITAR-TASS reported. The average price stood at $350 for 1,000 cubic meters. Ukraine will buy Russian gas in winter only if it needs additional gas while reserve supplies from Europe will be the main source of gas for the country, Naftogaz Ukrainy said.
