US State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said on Friday that outgoing Deputy Secretary of State William Burns will continue to serve on the US negotiating team in the nuclear talks between Iran and the six major powers.      “This week, as many of you know, has been a week at Foggy Bottom to say goodbye to Deputy Secretary Bill Burns. Even though he will be staying on the Iran negotiations,” Psaki said at a press briefing, according to the website of the Department of State. Burns reportedly played a key role in the talks which led to a landmark interim deal between Iran and the P5+1 (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) last November in Geneva.
