Russian emergency services say 21 patients died when a fire swept through a home for people suffering from mental illness. Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the fire at the facility in the Voronezh region, about 600 km south of Moscow, AP reported. A total of 51 people were rescued and 23 were hospitalized. Rescuers found 19 bodies after the fire was extinguished and two others died at medical facilities.
