A total of 2,000 billion rials (around $66.8 million at official exchange rate) will be granted to exporters in loans to promote exports, says advisor to the industries, mining and trade minister, Mohammad Reza Modoudi. Real and legal entities of the private sector, who engage in non-oil exports of high technology and added value, as well as exporters of technical and engineering services will be eligible for the loans, Mehr News Agency quoted the official as saying. Modoudi introduced Export Development Bank of Iran as the specialized bank in charge of the loans.
