About 38,000 tons of goods worth $31 million were exported from Ardabil Province, during the first half of the current Iranian year (started March 21), indicating a 24% decrease in weight and 2% growth in value compared to the similar period of last year, according to Sadif Beigzadeh, deputy head of Industries, Mining and Trade Organization of the province for foreign trade development. The main exported products were potatoes, onions, eggs, soft drinks, mineral water, plastic and polypropylene, Mehr News Agency reported.
