Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani said on Sunday engagement in nuclear talks with major powers leading to the July 14 landmark deal and adoption of the policy of promoting "constructive interaction" with the world have helped boost Iran's "soft power" to safeguard the "original ideals" of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, IRNA reported.
