Natural gas production has increased 10% in the first three month of the current Iranian year (March-June), compared with the same period of last year. Production of crude oil and gas condensate has also increased by 5% in the said period, Moj News Agency reported. The increase in gas production is mainly attributable to completion of South Pars Gas Field Phase 12 in March, and partial operations from Phases 15 to 18 in the past few months.
