Foreign Ministry political director Hamid Baeidinejad, who leads expert-level nuclear talks with the major powers, said the most recent round of talks in Vienna ending on Saturday, which involved both experts and political officials, was helpful, ISNA reported. "In view of the complicated nature of discussions, the progress in the talks to draft the text (of the final nuclear deal) was slow, but the main text and technical annexes on nuclear issues and sanctions were further completed."
