Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of Experts Ayatollah Seyyed Mahmoud Shahroudi provided the nuclear negotiators with some pieces of advice, Fars news agency reported on Saturday.
He said the Leader’s remarks and guidelines must be considered “the last word” and the negotiators are obliged to “put the Leader’s remarks into practice.”
The ayatollah said in view of the fact that “the enemy is crafty” and that “it is possible that it uses a ploy to checkmate the negotiating team,” the nuclear officials should proceed carefully and watchfully.
In addition, he said, “The dignity of the establishment should be observed and the people should be informed of the realities… and the picture should not be painted in such a way that the country’s economy will go to ruin if the nuclear talks come to no conclusion.”
