The foreign ministry will host an international conference with the theme of "World Against Violence and Extremism" in Tehran on December 9 and 10, the Fars news agency reported on Wednesday. High-ranking foreign officials, analysts, and researchers will come together to discuss solutions to the global issues of terrorism and extremism. A UN resolution was adopted last year based President Hassan Rouhani's World Against Violence and Extremism (WAVE) proposal.
