The ministry of cooperatives, labor, and social welfare has recently prepared a plan to reform the cooperative sector, said the deputy labor minister in Mashhad on Tuesday. Hamid Kalantari said that the plan was composed of seven main strategies which include measures to promote cooperation culture, empower human resources, develop a communication system in the sector, supply incentives and financial resources, develop the market and improve the supervision mechanism.
