Having imported about $620 million worth of goods from Iran over the past Iranian calendar year (ended March 20), Italy was Iran’s top export destination in Europe, ISNA reported on Friday. The European country’s imports mainly included oil, rocks, semi-processed leather and dried fruit. Meanwhile, Iran imported from Italy 1.06 billion worth of goods such as technological hardware, spare parts for industrial machinery, textile industry equipment and steel beams over the same period.
