In anticipation of a boost in sales, national auto producers Saipa and Parskhodro increased prices of their products between two million rials ($60.8 at free market rate) to 10 million rials ($304), Khabaronline reported. The automakers announced that their new pricing structure is "not fixed" and the price increases were not directly related to the agreement between Iran and six world powers over Iran's nuclear energy program.
