Witnesses say a car bomb has struck a base for a militia battling a Libyan affiliate of the Islamic State group, killing one person. They say the attack happened late Sunday in the western Libyan city of Misrata, targeting a militia known as the 166th Battalion. They say the blast also wounded one person. The witnesses spoke Monday on condition of anonymity out of fear of reprisals, AP reported.
